By continuing to browse or otherwise accessing the website, you signal acceptance of the terms and condition disclaimer upon registering for Flow Studio LLC workshop participation.


When I register for any workshop at Flow Studio LLC. I agree and understand the following Flow Studio’s Terms and Conditions.


Accidental Issues:

Flow Studio LLC. shall under no circumstances, be liable to any participant for indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages, including but not limited to lost profits, even if it has been apprised of the likelihood of such damages occurring.

Flow Studio LLC. accepts no responsibility for the loss of personal articles and effects, nor for personal accidents, injury or death, nor for losses weather or any other causes or for any of the above arising due to participant’s participation in the Workshop such as cuts, burns and falls and missing personal items.

This includes damage from using art materials that ruin clothing and manicures from art/craft materials that are used by me during the workshop.


I agree and understand that during workshops, Flow Studio LLC. will take photos and/or videos throughout the duration of the workshop being presented. Therefore, I agree to having myself photographed/videoed and also of my project.  All images and videos are the sole property of Flow Studio LLC. for website, social media sites and for advertising purposes.

​What if I need to cancel my class?


We understand that things happen, and we want to work with you! However, we do not provide refunds, as we purchase materials in preparation for each class based upon registration.


If you need to cancel, we will be more than happy to re-schedule you for a future session, or you may gift it to a friend!

Simply call or email us and provide the following information:

- Your Name

- Session / Workshop Name

- Date and Time of Workshop

- Contact Number


What should I wear?

The creative process can be messy! We strongly suggest that you bring or wear clothing that you are not concerned about being ruined my art materials.​

Also, please note that acrylic paint sometimes sticks to nail polish. ​

We'll provide aprons and gloves for your use. ​Per our terms and conditions, we will not be held liable for clothing damaged by art materials.


What if I don't have a creative bone in my body? I can't even draw a stickman! My brain just doesn't work that way.

Let us encourage you to try something outside your comfort zone! Our small class sizes guarantee that you will have plenty of hands-on help and attention.Please don't let your anxieties keep you from learning, stretching and growing. You will have a great time! We promise!
